Portions of the Dog Park have recently been re-seeded.
Frequent daytime watering is necessary during this time of plant establisnment. The park's irrigation system is such that this new seeded area cannot be seperated from the grass area so all of the dog park has to be watered together.
The Dog Park will remain temporarily closed beginning Monday, March 17th for approximately 4-6 weeks due to wet conditions in the active area of dog park.
An effort was made to allow the dog park to remain open during this grow-in period, however conditions are no longer conducive to safe activity until such time that such regular daytime watering is no longer needed.
