 Dog park: The Orange Dog Park Association has raised $22,000 for a canine
 space in Yorba Park at Yorba Street and Chapman Avenue. The money will
 pay to fence off the park area, leaving it up to the city to do its part in designing
 and landscaping the space. The association will pursue its plans to build a
